2. The body part of the furniture is MDF or plywood panel with black walnut wood veneer, for the door panel part use plywood with black walnut wood veneer. Wood veneer can be change to other type of natural wood veneer, grey oak, teak, Russia ashtree are the option.
3. For different kind of weather, should choose different type of solid wood frame. For normal weather area, solid rubber wood is OK. For wet weather, solid ash wood and birch wood is required. And solid oak timber wood also can be choose if budget acceptable.
4. High Density And High Elasticity foam in 45 degree (CA117 Standard Or BS5852 Standard Fire Retardant Can Be Available)
5. Linen fabric in UK standard fire proof, different color such green color, black color, yellow color for choose. Inner foam in 45 degree density seating, 40 degree foam density for arm, 35 degree foam for back, UK standard fire retardant if need. Fabric have velvet type for option.
6. Adopt 5 layer bottom painting and 3 layer painting finished,use environmental friendly paint “Dabao”brand from Taiwan. Paino painting in closing finished.
7. Good Quality Hardware (Blum, Hafele, Hettich, DTC, Chinese Local Brand)
8. Durable Structure (Jointed with Glue, Screws, Bolt, Mortise And Tenon, Finger Joint, Corner Bracket, Dowell, Metal Hardware)
9. Black 201/304 mirrored finish stainless steel handle, the color can be change to sliver color or golden color or grey color, stainless steel finish can be brushed if need.
